See the  fly over map in Thirumangalam Town which is in the high way from Madurai town to Courtalam and tirunelveli town and other south side towns. (Kanyakumari,Nagercoil,Tuticorin and even to Trivandrum.

The above fly over in Thirumangalam Town which is in the high way from Madurai town via rajapalayam,srivilliputhur to Courtalam and tirunelveli town and other south side towns. (Kanyakumari,Nagercoil,Tuticorin and even to Trivandrum.

One who is going to courtallam via Rajapalayam will have to go in the left side road and travel five kilometers and then go under the flyover to reach the correct road.   But people who are knowing that courtallam is on the right side and Virudhunagar and Tuticorin and Tirunelveli are in left side will be confused  at this road juncture and will be roaming in these roads for another half an hour unnecessarily inside the Thirumangalam town asking everybody where is the Rajapalayam road .

People who are coming from Chennai and other north state towns are suffering a lot here roaming here and there unnecessarily asking everybody the correct road.

The people who are having a map or a laptop with google map/wikimapia facility are more suffering.   By map they think that Rajapalayam, courtallam,Tenkasi are in right side and the towns virudhunagar,Tuticorin, Tirunelveli,Kanyakumari are in left side.    But this flyover is instructing them to go left for Rajapalayam and right for Virudhunagar etc.   After half an hour of tension and roaming the confusion will be cleared.

Thanks to Thirumangalam people for guiding the travellers patiently.

Why that unnecessary fly over extra while two straight roads are enough there?  One will not imagine that there will be a vertical cutting flyover after five kilometers.

In Kaththibara junction at Guindy,Chennai the fly over is confusing the two wheelers and make them entangled with lorries that are coming from any one of the curved branches.  Result is death.  It happens often there.

You may think that one can go slow but you cannot go below 40 kms as some speeding vehicle behind will kick you out.   So in fear and madness you will go in speed.

Since it is in my name I like it very much.   And I want to be sweety like that sweet.   That is the reason.

Wash the dhal and cook in enough water till soft. Mash it. In a kadai put one or two tablespoon ghee and when it is hot, add the wheat flour and fry till nice aroma comes out. Add the cooked dhal, kesari powder and mix well. Allow to cook in a medium flame. Add sugar and stir well. Add ghee little by little and keep stirring. When it leaves the sides of the kadai, add cardamom powder, fried cashew nuts and the remaining ghee and stir well. Remove from stove. Transfer to a greased bowl.

Ingredients:

Green Gram Dhal – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Kesari powder – a pinch
Ghee – 1 cup
Cardomoms – 8 (powdered)
Cashewnuts – 10 to 15 (broken into bits and fried in ghee)

There was a strong earth quake in Andaman ritcher scale 7.7.at 1.30 night.   Tsunami warning was given in Tamilnadu coast then withdrawn in the next day morning.
On 10.8.2009 mars,venus,sun,mercury and saturn are in certain angles that are supporting each other in gravitational pull of the earth.   The horizon point of Andaman is at Gemini and of the India is at taurus.  Mars at taurus, venus at Gemini, sun and kethu at cancer, mercury and saturn at leo,  jupiter and rahu at capricon (in the opposite side), and the moon at aquarius. mars, venus, sun, mercury are already closer in distance factor.   Is the gravitational pull of these planets make the Indian plate dancing more which is dancing inside the sea already after the tsunami of 2004.   Physicists can write.

American Police+computers=lock for everybody.

Some websites in which we can create blogs are refusing the name “Chidambaram” (our honourable central minister) giving the reason that the word “bara” is there.   We will have to add the letter  “h” and write as “Chidambharam” to make the computer to accept the article.

Yester day actor Sharuk Khan has the same experience with the American Customs.  They said the same reason that the name “khan” confused the computer.

Lost month Our honourable President Mr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam has a bitter experience in America.   They told that the
computer has misunderstood the name Kalam and submitted an apology for that.

After all computers are only there to serve us and we are not here to obey the orders of the computers scrupulously.

In future computers may say that there is no such thing as “human beings” and chances are there we may be nodding our head for that also.

Let human beings are also having the manual operations now and then before the matter is going worse. Otherwise  we will have to fight with the computers in future.

The Government will have to put questionnaire type of examinations in which the questions like “who is the president of Australia,who is the chief of U.N.O.,who is the best batsman in Australian team,who is the governor of California (clue:he is a Hollyood actor)” and some hundred questions like that.

Police people will also have to change their “home to office+office to home” style of life and sit infront of the T.V. and spend some time to see News etc and “mother-in-law and daughter-in-law” types of serials  to get some general knowledge.

The unions and associations can conduct seminars and referesher courses for the staff.

Eventhough earth  has cooled thousands of years back only the outer layer is solid and the inner portion is only in liquid form.    And even this outer layer is not in a single piece as a foot ball cover rubber sheet but are only in many pieces.   Above all these pieces are not stationary but they are moving slowly and tries to sit on the neighbouring sheet which makes friction at the edges.   Earth quake is the result.   In big cities more and more constuctions are going daily makes the area more weight and makes the floating plates  more unstable. That is the reason why when there is an earth quake in Andaman or Indonesia ,Chennai feels the tremor lightly .In purana during Lord Shiva’s marriage as all the people has gathered there due to over weight the Himalayas went down and the southern portion (Tamilnadu area) raised.  Agastiar came to south and by pressing his thumb finger made the place correct.  What might have been happened was there would be an earth quake or something like that and people as usual put the blame on the crowd accumulated for the marriage and gave the credit to Agastiar. We are living only on a unstable floating block which is moving permanently that we will have to remember.

Hi guys,

This is one important and controversial news that I’m gonna take up in this blog.  You all could have never forget the havocd that tsunami wrecked on mankind and properties a few years ago. And We all did our part to help them bounce back to life. And the government too contributed a major part in their rehabilitation and took some measures to install some buoys around the sea so that such a disaster in future can be predicted in real time. Thats all okay.

But some interesting news came up when we were discussing about this tsunami among our friends. One of my friends told me that the Australian weathermen actually warned our country,Chennai Meterological center in particular that a Tsunami is about to strike the coastal areas. But what our men replied sarcastically was “Yeah!!There are no unusual signs”. I again reiterate that I don’t how much of what he said is true.

But in the event of this being true, imagine what would have happened if they had taken the precautionary measures. Lots of lives would have been saved. They would not have met with a watery grave. The damage done to properties could have never been prevented. But the cost of lives is far more than that.

I am not meaning to say the officials have scant regard for civilians’ lives. But they should shed the lethargic attitude which is plaguing all the government machineries. If only a disaster of such a magnitude wakes them up to realities, then its a shame to this country.

Today is 21 st July 2009.   Tomorrow there is a solar eclipse in the morning.   NASA and other global metreological departments has warned that as the eclipse path is in and around Indonasia and other countries in the Indian Ocean there will be a chance of Tsunami.   As usual our metreological department is silent.   Let us see what is happening tomorrow.   Let us pray for a good. Tiruvallore is away from sea.   But don’t go to marina beach or  even Mount Road (only five k.m.from sea).

Now I warn my friends to avoid visiting sea shore on 21st and 22nd (the amavasa day).

when the moon and the sun was in zero degree on 22nd nothing happened.   now they are in 24 to 36 degrees.   is the gravitational pull  high.   astronomy people can write.

Apparently scientists have found evidence that a major slip in the Juan de Fuca plate could take place closer to Seattle/Tacoma that originally thought, which increases the amount of shaking we would be in for. A 9.0 earthquake here could result in a tsunami that may potentially reach Japan.
